Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy a digital product from phonicsfox.com. The seller is Lachlan Kofoed trading as Phonics Fox, based in Queensland, Australia. An ABN will be added here once registered.
Products
We sell downloadable PDF phonics packs. Descriptions, page counts and prices are shown on each product card. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST if and when we are required to charge it.
Ordering and payment
Checkout is handled by Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. When payment succeeds, you receive a download link on the thank-you page (and by email once email delivery is enabled).
Licence to use the files
When you buy a pack, you get a personal licence to:
- download the PDF for your own use
- print copies for your own child, or for students you personally teach
You must not:
- share, upload or resell the PDF
- add it to a shared drive for a whole school without a classroom licence
- remove the Phonics Fox branding or claim the worksheets as your own
Classroom-wide or school-wide use needs a classroom licence (coming soon). Until then, email hello@phonicsfox.com if you need multi-teacher use.
Delivery
Digital packs are delivered by download link after payment. Links expire after seven days; if yours has expired, email us with your receipt and we will send a fresh one.
Refunds
See our refund policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
Our content
Worksheets, covers, logos and site copy are owned by Phonics Fox. Buying a pack does not transfer ownership of the copyright.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Phonics Fox is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site or the downloads. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees you cannot lawfully waive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland may hear disputes, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer in your own state or territory.
